Hello. I love the video and want to learn to backflip aswell. Do you have any specific tips to help me progress faster? Also, how can a find a trampoline place that also offers tramp skis and stuff like that? Thank you!

Remember - if it looks steep on camera, the reality is it’s even steeper. Well done, to the skier. 👍 I am an advanced skier, but I value my brittle bones way too much to attempt this, at my age of nearly 55. 🙂

You don't need a technique to straightline a chute. You need incredible strength to slow down after the exit.

Good for you! But honestly, is it worth the risk of breaking your neck/back? I've heard far too many stories of people becoming paralyzed. Life changing consequences if it goes bad.

Your brother must have been drinking there at the end! Hahaha that was a “fireball full send” if I’ve ever seen one! 😂 All jokes aside, awesome job putting all these practice routines down before going out and throwing it down on the mountain!

For the naysayers in the comments: Once Is Enough looks completely different in-person than it does in any video I have ever seen. It's probably the easiest 'extremely serious, if you blow it there are serious consequences' line at Kirkwood - but think for one second about what that statement means. The drop-in is approx. 90-degrees for 10 vertical feet, then 50-60 degrees for a long way, with no possibility of making turns to slow down. When the chute opens up enough to allow room for turning, you are going 50+ mph (I clocked it with my phone's accelerometer). The line is wider than typical in this video due to a bigger snow year, but it's still a dangerous line with serious injury potential if you blow it early (or late - tumbling on the flat going 50+ mph would be bad too). It gets done quite a bit every season, but it also breaks a few bones each season.

Try to pop more on the jumps then you have more air time and can fokus more on the landing

This is a testament to how damn hard it is and you can't do it for free. Everybody falls. Congrats on your backflip, may you free yourself from it now ao you don't end up in a wheel chair. Some of my buddies are rolling already and I am not going to a motocross track ever again.
