Omg, this is a serious fail on Walmart decision. I didn't know it changed. Has anyone noticed how DIFFICULT it is to find the section to Turn Off the Substitutions ??? I'm sure Walmart has done this on purpose. I believe this and canceling the substitution.No extra cost deal should should add up to a crime and walmart should be sued for their hidden agenda to screw their customers over. The old system should come back where we could choose.Substitutions for each and every individual item during our grocery selection for items should be returned to the app.

I'm not a mom myself I just love watching your grocery hauls, but these are amazing tips for anyone!! I'm having a very stressful week at work and I've definitely been slacking on self-care recently. you hit the nail on the head for setting boundaries as I have tendencies to people please! Katie, sometimes I think I’ve lost my marbles. But I do end up finding them. So I texted you twice the same thing so just know it was twice good. Also, I couldn’t laugh at myself 20 years ago and now I just laugh at myself all the time.😊

Katie this self care was so nice and motivating to hear. My kiddos are grown and gone from home so it’s just me and my husband here. But I do love jewelry and I do try to get a couple of nice pieces a year mainly because my husband does it for me he knows what I like and he does a really good job of picking me out things, so I like you really enjoy that part of through the whole year. And then I love walking Steve loves walking also and just really have a good time. I do sometimes find myself missing my kiddos when they were younger when I see other young moms and since we go to church and have a lot of young couples, I try to help out and give people opportunities. I ask them if they need a babysitter someone to give them a break, especially those who don’t have family in the town I live in. So anyway, thank you so much for these encouraging words and as young as you, are, you have a lot of wisdom❤

I definitely struggle with self-care. I am trying to add reading before bed each night.

I would definitely suggest the ABC theme date ! My husband and I are excited and having a lot of random fun. We went years without dates and now we have 2 per month!
