You were doing so well. Those blisters you were so worried about was actually your feet developing like they're supposed to. After some time, barefoot, those harden and become pads on the striking surface of your soles. You feet literally turn into their own shoes; but you can't just give up on it. Once you reach the point of developing your actual, real soles, you might find yourself never wanting to wear shoes again. Your body will work better; you said so yourself. Great video. At least some women like guys confident enough to be barefoot in public.

I heard about the McGill big 3 through Squat University and came across your video. Been dealing with back pain since June 2023 and it recently worsened due to (violent) coughing. Does coughing and sneezing trigger any pain for you? Do you have any tricks to stabilize your core to avoid pain during those involuntary movements? I have an MRI scheduled for this coming September but I'm hoping doing these core exercises can make life slightly less painful. Side note: these exercises take so freaking long..

Try this twice daily for one MONTH... I've been doing it for 3 months consistently and it's helped a TON with symptomology. When you wake up in the morning, and before you sleep. It takes about 3-4 minutes but makes a multitude of a difference. - 2 x 50s glute bridge hold - 2 x 25s side plank hold (each side) - 1 x 15 nerve glide sitting in a chair (each foot) - 1 x 30 bodyweight deadlifts (alternatively do squats)

I've been barefoot for ten years in a row now. ^w^ It really really helped me balance, speed, and so on. And now my feet are really strong, and I can walk over almost anything. Including hot pavement. The fungus thing happens when you put shoes on AFTER going barefoot. That's when it infects you.

Hi Stefan, first of all thanks for taking time of your life and putting effort into make this video to tell us about your experience to help all of us out here searching for an answer. I started researching solutions for disc injuries and came across Stu Mcgill and his exercises and found this video of yours doing them. It's my second month dealing with a L5-S1 disc protusion, and it's the second time I have to take anti-inflammatories, also this second time I'm feeling leg weakness and it's scary. It's been a while here in the comments, so I wanted to ask how is your back now? Are you still doing Stu's Big 3 every day? Did you ever experienced leg weakness? I hope you're going well and getting better, you and other people have given me hope that I can get back to normal.

Hi Erick, there’s a lot I can say. But to be honest, I’m left more confused than ever. I have tried (almost) every conservative treatment possible. I’ve done acupuncture, physical therapy, I’ve tried not thinking about it, I’ve read Dr. Sarno’s Healing Back Pain book, I’ve listened to Stuart McGill’s lectures, gotten 2 MRI’s (one load bearing), seen 2-3 orthopedic surgeons, etc etc. All this to say, I still don’t know how to eradicate symptoms. It seems like everyone has their own hypothesis for what causes back pain, but maybe it’s just a phenomenon that we don’t understand yet. I don’t know. For the past year I’ve had quite a lot of inflammation in the lower back. I’m planning to get another MRI to see how my back structure has changed in the last year. And also go to a new physical therapist (for the 4th or 5th time). I’m doing whatever it takes to avoid any surgery, epidurals, or stem cell injections. Let me know if anything has helped you!

What a great video guide! Straightforward without extraneous comentary. Honest and straight to the point! Your pronunciation got better as the video went on, probably becouse you became more familiar with how locals speak. The best part is that anyone who is visiting will know what the places are because we speak the same way you do! I like and subscribe!

Yeah sorry, Hawaii vacation guide is better than this. They dont suggest dangerous places and have better places, and also are VERY persistent about the importance of respecting the culture, which was only told by the one girl from the luau. Just leave it out if it’s dangerous, people are dumb
