If I lower the air in the tank, will that give me less psi in the paint booth ? I am having a problem with low psi starting of from the tank

Hi Guys, impressive machine. The oscillation appears to be entirely driven by the moving drive wheel. Is that the case? What is the purpose of sanding through a peep hole? Cheers.

The oscillation is the same as a wide belt sander only in the vertical position. The "peep hole" acts like a fine jointer. Basically allowing for you to control what you remove in one pass. Where as on a full platen you could put more pressure on one side thus un-squaring your final product.

The table fence falls down there is not enough table in front of blade to hold up the fence they never show them using the small fence

I have one of these. I got it in a lot in an auction. The school did not even know what this machine is as they never used it. Any idea what it is worth? My machine seems to be complete.

I did misspeak. I do 99% of my videos from memory and sometimes it happens. I should have said 24 CFM @ 175 PSI.

If you have access to a milling machine you can make your own end pushers; they are made of HDPE.

They are very easy to replace. Often we do not replace them as we do not know what thickness of HDPE to use for a customers application. Often it is 5/8-7/8" however it may be 2".....3"....or.....4".
