I've had the 'you have blocked my drains' when I 100% absolutely did not as I already know to 100% work water & especially all solids away from any drains on the customers premises. 😉 Nice job there mate. I had this done to me. I share a lesson I learned the hard way. Guttering downpipes & their drains. Start & then end of every job I now lift all drain covers and check that all drains are clearing away freely. I also tell the customer I have done that. I'll never know if I was responsible for one blocking on a job that cost me a call back and a very negative review Adds a few minutes to the job, they get a free drain clean but you then do not risk losing out financially and a return customer.
