I love longer shots. They always taste better to me. My rule is… if I think I can go one setting finer, I will!

good job but you might find the steam wand to be better if you take off the outside jacket on the delonghi and just use the rubber thing with a zip tie i know it works way better for me

Yeah, that mod was my next go-to option for an upgrade, though for some reason, I haven't found any zip ties in my area 😭 Thanks for the tip!!!
