latina I do not think that you get 40 😂... getting to REAL 38 miles an hour i had to "kiss the display" and mount a second battery

added snother 25 Ah pack in parallel.. niw good for 200km +.... and reaches 62.1 kmh ,(,gps proven with smartphone) single pack i got 60 kmh peak

and if your battery starts blinking in pas3 a d dual.... switch to single and pas2 and drive home safely

added a 2nd pack and now have 50 Ah ... 200+ km

2nd pack mounted ontop the frame..now have 50 Ah and lower voltage drop... lifted toospeed from 60 to 62 kmh ( gps proven 38.5 miles an hour!!) ... no moddings on controler done (yet)

Its not a 2000w motor like your thumbnail lies about, its 1000w with an alleged 2000w peak (how does one verify that? No one knows its a mystery...) that the manufacturer lies about. But you have to repeat and amplify those lies or you dont get the free ebike.

Are you sure the motors are 1500w? I think they are only 500w. I took mine to a trusted workshop here and they told me that it would be impossible to put a 1500w motor inside a drum of this size.

If one wanted, 60+ah of battery capacity could be put where that 25ah battery is. Also, there's mounting points for a back rack. The best E-bike style I've seen yet.

Another nice first look. Looks like you get a lot of bike for the money. It's not the style of ebike I care for but that's just me. This one is going to be a big seller I think. Big battery, powerful motor and hydraulic brakes, even though, they are Dyisland. Maybe they'll get better when broke in. I did check their website and both the bike, battery/BMS and charger are UL Listed. That's good to see. Though this bike is not my style, I look forward to the full review because you do a great job on this channel. It's a joy watching you present these ebikes. Okay so in this video this guy from Ristretto mentioned that EVERYTHING is thought out ! Well think he should rephrase that to EVERYTHING EXCEPT the DELIVERY TIMESCALE ! I can't say i've ever seen a company who change their delivery timescale from January to March ,then to August September ! ,so if you do your maths and some people ordered in January or before it will be a year of waiting for the bike ? because i bet the date will change again come September ha! Sorry to put a downer on this ,but there are a lot of better companies out there who deliver their bikes on time ,personally for $4000 you should be getting a much quicker and better delivery service ! Think its best to give this company a few more years before you part money to them ! :(

Hello Electrified Latina! Thank you for all your great reviews. I do have a question on the Hovco HovAlpha. Isn't the throttle limited to 20 mph? How did you get get the bike to go 30 on throttle only?

I rode it at my local bike shop yesterday and it felt insanely safe. It feels like a cadilac the quality is far more than what i thought it would be as that was the first rad ive ever tried. I tried the aventon aventure as well and it felt lethargic and for some reason i felt like i was unbalanced.

Howdy Electrified Latina, Another nice and thorough review! That's a nice bike and decently priced for having a 20AH battery and torque sensor. It would be nicer with a bigger chain ring and an adjustable handlebar stem. Bright front and rear lights would also be appreciated. I would also prefer a right side trigger throttle and an 8 speed but of course that would add to the total price. All and all a very good bike that has instant throttle response and very quick peddle response. It's a well built ebike with seamless welds and beautiful paint. I, myself, don't mind seeing the welding. I think it gives the bikes a rugged look but that's just my preference. Thank you and Jhon for another wonderful review, good job. any ebike in 2024+ called "the King" MUST have a double-crown front fork. LIke a motorcycle, cause at the speeds your talking about, and the weight, those "bicycle-style" forks...just seems "squirrely". Sorry. Love your videos! :-)
