i always wonder why even these ampules are made? They are horrible. what if the glass particles enter the glass bottle and the patient drinks it. secondly, your fingers got hurt. lastly, many people don't dispose it off correctly.

They are made like that because of the medication component you wont get hurt if you know how to break properly. In every facility their are protocols for safe sharps disposal
