I wish most of what Carol said had some truth to it. I'm sure some of what she says has been explained to the management but the way it has been executed is what I see as truth. First off, I believe customers should always come first and I always have that attitude to do so (being a Customer Counter Clerk). But my supervisors/management has been changing things so drastically for the last few years. Some of these changes have been supervisors/management getting very aggressive with telling customers to not come to the building for pickups or drop off's, even though I'm working the Counter and handling the customers without any issues. Telling people that we don't deal with customers at our building anymore is crazy to me because we have customers packages and sometimes the only way they can get their package is by picking it up at the building. Just this week the management put up a large sign on the front door that only says "Closed". I also just had a local company come bye to drop off. This customer used to drop off regularly but I haven't seen him for about a year. I greeted him at the door and he was begging me to take his drop off. I told him "no problem" and I asked him why he looked afraid to do so. He told me that the last time he dropped off the supervisor told him to get out of the building and not to come back. The Next Day Air packages that he dropped off that day didn't go into the load like it should of, instead the supervisor through his packages in the trash. I also do damage reports for damaged packages. But that has changed too. The management wanted to reduce the damage numbers so now instead of doing a report when we see a damage right away, instead they just repackage or tape it up and deliver it to the customer. This to me is a big problem and should never be done like this. Some of these packages are shattered glass or food that has been leaked on by other packages. I've expressed to management that doing isn't safe or right to do. But their view is damages aren't our problem and they just want us to work as instructed without questions. We also work out of one of these old buildings that she talks about. We have been being told that a new building will be built in about 5 years and our jobs will be eliminated.

does this suggest that borrowers from blue states were more risky? Is the implication that lenders from blue states are just much nicer? or that borrowers from red states were less risky and therefore a better opportunity for lenders from blue states? what's really wild is that every study that even tangentially overlaps with politics always, without fail, seems to find that the liberal ideology is somehow more nuanced, nicer, and "better" (better is not defined)? Really wild how this happens every time? I can imagine studies in China continually see, year after year, that the current government and ruling party is the best for any given situation compared to any alternative. TIL that extremely wealthy people in blue states don't have any hang-ups about making money off people from red states even if they have very material trepidation based on a moral framework, whereas wealthy people in red states do, and the fact that they are guided by their beliefs, values, and moral compass is wrong for unknown reasons.

Mr. Decker Home Depot located on the 1050 Feather river dr. Stockton CA customer service is terrible and the carpet installer cheat Home Depot customers by extending actual measurements. Store manger is never available to address the issue and assistant store managers and employees are way immature to solve simple customer issues. Please make sure the employees align to your vision.
