So like with my old Wukong video I decided to upload multiple versions of my video. The one you're seeing here was the original version that I used as a reference to animate, before my producer advised me to instead voice over it myself. Man... 2024 really has been quite a year, hasn't it? Fun fact, this year is known as the Year of the Dragon according to the Chinese Zodiac, which symbolizes certain traits including: power, good fortune, and strength as well as intelligence, ambition and charisma. I think those words are a fitting stance as to how my journey with animation, this channel, and my life in general went during 2024 as a whole. This year was a major stepping stone in terms of my art. I finally stopped making excuses and started practicing/ improving my 2d animation skills, while also participating in two amazing collabs that helped with my journey. I met some amazing people that provided me with good advice and critique, and learned so much that I never would've thought was possible. I've had a lot of ups and downs in my personal life during 2024 (and trust me, if I listed them all right here it would be enough to make a sane man go berserk). However, all the knowledge that I have acquired, and everything I've been through, has helped propel me further, made me stronger, and heightened my abilities as a director & writer. I will never forget that. It's been such an honor to hear your words of encouragement throughout the year, and I promise you that the next one will be even better.
