Icon aircraft ya no existe en tijuana,207 familias quedaron sin trabajo debido a esta empresa golondrina. El shelter @coproductioninternational no se quiere hacer cargo como empleador de las indemnizaciones que por ley les corresponden a los trabajadores, no es justo que solo digan " ya no podemos pagarles"!

It was a shipwreck in the making, a55hole CEO took the company into bankruptcy. The best part was the CEO was able to Con the Chinese to invest on his failure and then call the Gov saying it was a national threat. Too bad for the family of the chief designer who wasted his life following Mr. Hawkins. Now the dream is gone.

A5 automatic landing system, i think, confuses inexperienced pilots, and yes, I agree flying slow and low, has to be done by experienced pilots.

How's chapter 11 treating you guys? Your plane is severely under powered, how much did you pay off the faa to increase cargo capacity and does it allow you to take off with 2 people AND a full fuel tank? 400k ? No wonder your in chapter 11

Amazing product. Several dealbreakers though. The price. The competition in the new and used market. The bankruptcy. The egregious purchase contract. The mandatory airframe rebuild time limit at 2000 hours. Also the safety record, although improved and more pilot than plane driven, is poor.

Icon really knows how to sell a product! Here I had been thinking escorts were cost prohibitive, but toss them into a $400k+ tin can and all of a sudden a motel STD sounds as affordable as buying gumballs, which coincidentally is probably the venereal disease you'd get from anything that delivers as reliably as a machine with twist knob.
