Originally built as the Manhattan Heights branch of the Los Angeles County Public Library system from 1964-1993. This is actually a twin of another circular branch in the library system that was built in the nearby city of Pico Rivera in 1962.

The price of the mac n cheese is 4 dollars! The mac n cheese is a specialty under Colbert's Southern Gourmet Foods. Definitely worth trying if you're into savory foods!
