I remember this like it was last week. Lol, not like yesterday since it has been many yrs ago. My son was 2yrs old and me, my husband and toddler and my cousins who lived close by had a great time playing all afternoon in the snow & sliding down the hill at our house. Great memories! I was 16 years old. Several of my friends were snowed in at my house bc earlier that night we had been out partying...i remember waking up that morning and the snow was up to the middle of the front door. The guys that were there had to dig through the snow so we could get out. Fun times for me. But I remember it turning into ice and it got crazy. Where were YOU during the Blizzard of '1993? ❤

I was 15 when this hit. We had to be rescued by the National Guard because we only had electric heat. We were taken to a motel. The motel had no water due to frozen pipes. My dad would walk 3 miles in the snow to get us food each day.
