Another way to add a glow effect is to use the air brush, just make sure to lower the Opacity!

Theres no blending option, i use the soft eraser to erase the colors, so it looks like blending

another way to _ list! another way to make particles: equip the stipple brush and draw little particles. another way to make motion blur: equipa blurry brush i guess and do little scribbles at the side opposite of where its moving. another way to make glow: enable the freakin glow setting on your layer.

Hey just so u know this is not a hate comment! The easy way to make the glow effect is to use the pencil tool lightly and in the new update airbrush tool lightly
