Why Kikuchi drove a left hand Rx8? I am just wondering because it is Japan, they make their cars and the local one they make are right hand drive.

I love the RX7' FD and the FC convertable turbo2's. I believe the USA didn't get the FC convertable turbo version. Raced against my hubbies Modified FC convertable Turbo 2 a few times, we'd even swap cars to race as well. Love them, love them.

Rx-8s with sequential gearboxs and the rx-7s still won! It's a shame so many Rx-7s were molested with awful body kits in the early 00's. Never understood why people put those Veilside kits on them, the stock car with minor cosmetics look much sportier and better in my opinion.

Interesting, that according to the table at 7:11 despite the fact RX-7 were winners, both fastest laps (1'02) were done by RX-8.

Look, everyone has their own taste about their own personal favourite cars. No need to lash on each other because the FD is better and faster than the RX-8 or vice versa... Everybody has their own opinions and you just have to respect that. If you wanna argue about that atleast come with reasoning why that car is better that car etc... and have a peaceful discussion. I've always loved the RX-7 since childhood, but I also liked the RX-8 aswell because they're both rotaries. There are sure some differences with these two rotaries beasts, but please, don't seek after war only because of which car is more superior than the another...

Bravissimi. Pensavo che la "race cup Mazda" l'avessero messa su Gran Turismo solo come riempimento, invece esiste davvero e sono tutti bravi. Certo che il motore Wankel è leggerissimo, infatti basta il peso del differenziale per far slittare il posteriore come se fosse una Porsche. Auguri a tutti.

The RX-8 is a disgrace to the rotary legacy. My FD felt like a god compared the the 8's I drove.

Even if all the Rx7's lost, we'd still pick the FD! A true 90's legend with a timeless design!

I dont know why rx7 and rx8 fans arguing about which car is faster and better here. both are outdated by performance today. a stock carrera s can do 1:03 at tsukuba with stock street tire and less horse power and 200kg more weight ：）
