You sound just like me. A couple of months it was about 10 pm and he had some bananas and I just happened to make some banana puddeing. THE OLD FASHION WAY LIKE MY GRANNY DID and not with that COOL WHIP OR PUDDING!!! I WISH JACKSON VANILLA WAFFERS WAS STILL IN THE MAKING

Looks like you need a bigger bowl,I never measure mine either.I didn't see you beat up the egg whites till thick foam with a little sugar to put on top.You would have to put that in oven for few seconds to lightly brown. I like to wait til my pudding cool off before I pour it on cookies and bananas.

I use Alfredo sauce when I make mine, either the jar or sometimes homemade

You mix flour and sugar together and add a little milk., to keep from clumping.

you could add this mixture to the cookies and bananas cold and bake. you will get the sauce, without the time lost.

replace corn starch for the flour not lumps to worry about and smoother.
