@@MemoRandum96 it's best to try it. If you cant see the difference from the video then there is no way to explain it. The mod has a newer version than the one shown in the video, tho the difference should be obvious from this one too

The vanilla physics is basically just awd drifting. Exactly what Ken block did, it’s not really drifting but more of power sliding. The wheels literally locking the opposite direction is what real drifting looks like. It’s not really that big of a deal but it feels better and it’s satisfying to watch. Thanks for your work 🫡

im finding it really hard to use the mod, almost like it turns barely and I have no control over turning or starting a drift. Is it that double tapping trigger no longer initiates a drift?

Correct. Brake2Drift is turned off, it is completely physics based, no fake shenanigans here. You need to spin up the rear tires to brake traction, and for that you need to have a lot of power and need to be in a high gear. Join the discord server, ppl will give you advice there

I always wondered why do game companies don't contact modders like Hayeduce and pay them to use their mod in their official game or hire them to work as full time developers?We all know money is not the issue then why don't they do it?

The skillset of a modder does not always align with the skillset of a developer. And its bold to assume that money is not an issue, the team working on NFS is very small now, so hiring people would not be cheap.

the vanilla version doesn't even feel like a drift it's true that they made the drifting better than what it used to be like but even the new version isn't good the car just slides and you never steer to the oposit direction like it should just like the drifting physics in the crew 2 they improved it just to be like what the crew used to be
