Both are great for hydrating and nourishing the skin! I typically like to use the cream first, then pour a dime-sized amount of oil on my beard brush and distribute into my beard. Double the moisture, with long-lasting hydration + scent!

Maybe dumb question, should I shave completely before doing this to make it easier to create new pores? Or can I leave like a size 2 stubble & just roll over the parts where it’s patchy? P.S. sorry in advance if this is a redundant question, but it’s been preventing me from using my roller since I got it like a week ago. However, our beard shampoo is designed to stand out from other shampoos -- our product cleans and detangles your beard without eliminating essential oils. The wash contains Jojoba, Olive, and Coconut Oils and Shea Butter to remoisturize while cleansing. You still should add some sort of moisture back in to your skin, regardless! Keep it on! Leave the oil on all day/night! It provides lasting hydration to nourish your beard. I recommend applying with your beard brush to evenly distribute it in your beard! Only use a dime size amount, a little goes a long way.

We recommend you to not apply oils or sprays alongside your derma roller to ensure proper care of your beard! On derma roller evenings, follow these steps: - Beard Shampoo - Sanitize Beard Derma Roller - Derma Roll Beard with passes across beard vertically 6x and horizontally 6x - Rinse beard with water - Sanitize Beard Derma Roller and store away. - Allow beard ~12 hours to recover (and let the derma roller and body work its magic -- letting your skin produce collagen rich-tissue and nutrient rich blood to those micro-tears in your beard) And then we recommend you to derma roll your beard 2x a week.
