I think it's more on flexibility and some degree of lower body fitness. I have always been physically weaker than my average peers, but my flexibility is better than them. I am able to do this.

Literally me right now, exact situation as you. I went to a different Ortho and requested an MRI to get to the bottom of it, because every health professional I've went to tell me it's something different. Deltoid strain, bicep tendonitis, rotator cuff tear, labrum tear... No one knows. But I will know in two weeks with this MRI! Good luck!
