I must add, because I’m smoking good stuff 😆, that to me, “Fake it till you make it” has meant keep repeating what you want “faking it”, until you form the unconscious habit “make it”. This way of understanding the process is more accurate according to my understanding of the functioning of the subconscious mind, rather than the brief expression as it’s commonly and flippantly used, which makes it sound rather frivolous, in my opinion…which, in turn can lead people to dismiss this simple, yet so powerful, technique… PLUS, it’s the only one that will actually work as hoped for by the person wanting to take control of the rest of his life… Just saying. EDIT: it should go without saying, but it seems to need clarification that one must understand that what, and how, what one repeats whether or not beneficial will become the habit repeated. Be as precise as possible, and careful about what you want (continually think about), because-guess what-you WILL attract it by repetition supported by emotion! Happy PLEASANT daydreams everyone 😆!

I just want to say that I’ve read other sources from Dr. Bruce Lipton and seen him repeat it in this podcast and others, I’d like to know how (because I haven’t been successful with this), he manages to fall asleep whilst wearing headphones, earbuds, whatever… Very serious question!!

We all want to feel we have some control, that's why he is able to sell his books. This Psuedoscience is NOT harmless. When people don't do chemo or take their diabetes medication because they are going to "believe" their way to good health, as encouraged to by Lipton and other quacks like him - it becomes criminal. You can believe if someone I loved believed Lipton and others like him and followed them instead of conventional medicine - and died because of it - I'd have him in court where he could "believe" his way out of going to jail.

Thank you for your advice. Being a casino stage host i always feel the pressure to be funny when I'm don't always have a corny joke on the fly, but i feel that pressure to have those jokes ready to entertain the audience so there isn't dead air while waiting for guest to check in to claim their prizes.
