Do you have a wiring schematic? I cannot get a signal from my encoder. I am using a Taiss E38S6-100-24G encoder and I cannot get a signal reading on my scope when I connect to A or B. How are you wiring your encoder?

There is only one solution. Connect to the right inputs and HTL encoder

please explain what benefits one can have using this for example if I have a motor can I control it too via this wireless I/O System or it just only useful for the PLC operation wireless wise. I am new to this system that's why would like to know about it

No benefits, this system has special using, e.g. I/O periphery on the place where you cannot put a cable, or at the next assembly hall, or at the rotaring parts of the machine and so one.

it depends, my experience NO MORE than 100 meters with very good conditions and antenna :)

Yes, unfortunately. I didn´t have LOGO! with transistors output. This is enought for test.

On a Logo 230 what would be the max input frequency? 5 kHz is only for the 24 Volt version, right?

How I can get health variable about health connection? In B&R you are going to IOmapping ang select variable (bool) that will show you health of connection, and you can do it for each port. AFter that you can show on panel what is going on in net.

Which protocol do you use and how do you read the variables in the programmable logic controller? Do you go through a web page or do you read directly from the PLC? I thought there was a translator I’m not very good at programming in Xcode ;-), I’m originally an automation engineer. But I’d like to try to communicate between an application and the PLC to see some inputs and outputs Thanks ;-)

@@Visionlargech Direct protocol, direct connection, I think S7, don´t care about it, it works self, :). It´s very easy, read the article about it here: www.blaja.cz/software/aplikace-simatic-s7-app-pro-ios.html There is a limit PLC´s firmware, see an article. Good luck to you. :)

So main steps. To use right driver - S7 ISO over TCP. Set right value TSAP. Use the system S7-200 !!!! And mainly, you can get value from VM area only.

With WiFi router, RJ45 port is connect to LOGO! net, and smartphone via WiFi too. :)

There is solution, look at 1:00 minute and more. B013 moving value to VW10, only when C3 is "H". :)
