Hi Toby, these are some great shots on your channel and they have been great for many consecutive years. May I ask what gear you use? I’m looking for an upgrade myself as, to put it simply, iPhone camera quality just can’t keep up these days. Have a great day!

Thanks very much! I use the Sony FDR-AX43 currently, had the FDR-AX53 before but the only difference is that that one has an eyepiece and the AX43 doesn’t. Touch screen did mess up from water damage so you have to watch out is using it in torrential rain!

Might be useful to explain what a "route learner" is - is it for the driver to learn the route or for us to learn about it? How do we know if it not a locomotive being sent to a repair facility?

I used to operate on the Brading line. Drove the 1938 until it was retired. Didnt really enjoy the new trains. The ones in this video. They accelerate too quickly and it didnt feel right. So i retired. Now I live in uk. Riding the London Underground to and from work.
