The "snuff film" thing referring to ISIS and the cartels is way out of context. What the FBI is talking about is films, video's, and movies made specifically for profit to be sold to collectors. War Zone videos and Drug cartel videos are not "snuff films" by definition.

My children were long term victims of their own paternal grandfather's sexual abuse. There was all sorts of evidence, physical as well as testimonial, yet ABSOLUTELY NOTHING happened to that sick sack of crap. Our local DA's office said my children were "too traumatized" by what they'd gone thru, that they didn't think they'd be able to go thru a court proceeding. So they didn't even bother trying to prosecute him. He literally just walked away from everything he'd done to them. Many years later, I can honestly say that this ruined our lives. Neither one of my kids has anyc sort of normalcy to their personal lives. And I can't move past it all. How are monsters like this allowed to walk around, living their lives, and breathing the same air as the rest of us?? They don't deserve to even live after they commit such deplorable acts. Yet almost all of them just go on w their lives like nothing happened. This is wrong on so many levels...😢💔😡
