i feel like if you are a cop, and you crash into an innocent person to give someone a speeding ticket/in pursuit of traffic violation only you should no longer be able to chase any car. If youre risking peoples lives to give someone a speeding ticket youre just as bad if not worse than the person speeding and running from you.

Since it doesn't seem to have been mentioned; i think this was the vette that was stolen at gun point a couple years ago. I also am pretty sure the only reason they attempted to keep chasing, one its Georgia, they wont stop unless they cant continue, and two, if i remember correctly, the owner of the vehicle i believe was shot by the perp (non life threatening); but thats if it was that incident. Pretty sure that happened in the day time, and that vette was stopped.
