In this website I got 17.5 bands in speaking, how much I got in real exam?
@taketoefl10163 ай бұрын
@@thoratisaiganesh2284 Hi. I don't know as it depends on the answer you gave. What did the feedback say? It should explain why you got that score.

I know this its not the speaking section but I really need to know, if in my i independent task i delivered well and delepod my point of view but didin't give it a exemple waht do you think it will be my grade?
@taketoefl10162 жыл бұрын
You don't need to give an example. It is just easier for most people to do this. As the question states you can either give examples or details. Here's an example. "I think this is a bad idea because many people need private cars to travel to and from work in the city centre. Public transport isn't always reliable and many people work at times when public transport is irregular or unavailable, like on weekends or at night. Without a car, these people wouldn't be able to get to work. (without a car, how would they be able to get to work?)" No example, just a clear and full explanation. And you can still score 30.

Below is the transcript for the sample answer: The familiarity principle is when a person has to choose between 2 items that are similar, they pick the one they are familiar with, even if they do not remember ever coming across the familiar item. The professor illustrates this with an experiment in which a group of students is shown a series of distinct shapes for about a second in dim light. So they only see each shape briefly, in bad lighting. In the following part of the experiment, the students were shown shapes, but this time for a longer period of time and in pairs. Each pair contained a shape they had seen earlier in the bad lighting, and the other shape was one they hadn’t seen When students were asked which shape they preferred, they would generally pick the one they had seen before in dim light for 1 second, even though they didn’t remember seeing it.

Below is the transcript for the sample answer The university will begin a free tutoring program in autumn to give freshman students academic support and also the chance to speak with tutors doing the same major. The lady thinks this is a good idea because it will not only help students with study material, but they can learn effective ways to prepare for exams and the best ways to take notes during class. This will go a long way to making their first year easier. She also points out that students would also be able to find out useful information from someone who has already experienced the same thing. This means that they can get the answers to important questions such as what classes they should take, the best professors for their major, and the best advisors on campus. etc.
