@RossVesci excellent question, thank you. It’s been a cold year. This January we actually got an inch or so of snow a couple weeks back. It’s 24 degrees this morning and around the 40s and 50s during mid day

These new builds in las cruces you’ve been showing really trip me out. They all look extremely massive and then you hit us with 1900 sf. Lmao this 2800 sf home looks more like 6500 sf! My 3000 sf home looks like it’s a quarter the size of this! 😂
