I don’t think most people know that most of what is public from players. He isn’t as hated as most people think he is. Mookie betts, Mike clevinger, Shane Bieber, Sonny gray, and there’s others I’m forgetting all like him. Most of the media makes up stuff about him. People read what they want to read and hear what they want to hear. Astros would be lucky to have him based off his knowledge alone.

Bauer needs to be an Astros! We need all the help we can! This move will help up gain some ground on the Mariners! He will be cheap and I’m sure the deal will only be for this year! If he acts up we cut him. We have nothing to lose! I don’t care what he said in the past it’s about the injuries we have and he can help us.

Honestly if they did the deal and I really don't think they will. They might as well do a deal for 2025 as well with Javier and Urquidy for 90 percent of next season at a minimum

Would be great for both the Astros and Bauer. Bauer is a great pitcher - and the Astros need pitching. The off-field stuff is a dead point, and sorry-not sorry that he called out NOT ONLY the Astros for cheating, but also called out several pitchers for cheating (which they WERE!), and the commissioner for NOT doing anything about it.

I'm not sure adding another starter unless someone else gets hurt. I'm surprised Astros fans are good with his past comments when a lot of fans didn't want the Astros to go after Bellinger for similar stuff

@@JoeGeorgeRadio It really depends. From what I've seen of his games overseas (I know - overseas) he would still be at worst a number 3 starter on almost any team. He is willing to play at league minimum as well. So, let him pitch a few games, if he works out - great bargain, if not...boot him. I said the same for my Yankees.
