I live in The Netherlands, but I am planning to move to Dubai within 5 years. Can you also get a long term visa if you rent a property instead of buying one for yourself? Nice video btw!

Hi Terry , thanks for your message, unfortunately there is no visa available when you renting property in Dubai. You can buy off-plan with 3-5 years payment plan and get visa on that without any interest rate

@@fheravi118the arabs are on one side and the Persians are on the other so it’s natural for each side to name it after themselves. The name Persian gulf is the direct result of 2000 years of Iranic influence, however in the modern world each side have equal influence so they can name it after themselves.

No unfortunately dubai is not a melting pot. I love the city but the laws and respected rules are a huge barrier when one is trying to express themselves. Examples include anti homosexuality laws, anti drinking regulations, the citizenship rules. Dubai is an amazing city especially if your visiting. I actually agree their rules and customs however it really only benefits long time residents and the "indigenous" populations. Dubai is a very beautiful city due to the economic boom the country had with oil and other resources (this is good, express wealth) But incorrectly stating that its a melting pot is quite concerning especially if you are a foreigner like myself. Dubai is good for tourism and "flashy" visits. I love the culture, the open expression of beliefs like religious clothing but these factors also divide a barrier between foreigners and the long time citizens. Again I like dubai a lot, ❤️ from the states.

Well, I'm astonished there are 4 unicorn startups in country which has just 7 million population even Pakistan don't have. The last few years on living on Earth, should be enough to wake a person up. From the Pandemic to Gaza. Many European governments are cheering what is happening in Gaza, whilst complaining about foreigners. A lack of safety, whilst taxes and prices are high...and the sun isn't often shining. Europe is in decline. And you think Shariya is the problem? If your unlucky to get hit by a car, and the person driving didn't had a license and was drunk, they may go to jail, but in some cases get 5 or less years. That won't happen in the UAE! Life in Europe is cheap! 🤔 Perhaps travel around a bit then you will know the reality.

Point 4 - 😲 Point 7 - 100% - First agent, seemed great...found an apartment I thought was difficult to find (it wasn't), then she contacted me..."How much you want to sell?" I said I don't. "How much you need to sell?" - Huh! 🤨 I tried to get a mortgage, but they were so slow to respond, so I guess having a "good" agent is key here.

100% agreed 👍 it’s not easy to find one who really cares and protects your interests , I mainly represent buyers in Dubai last a few years I see new agents in the market coming very very challenging to deal with , they hesitate because I have experience and we all practicing same low but if buyer goes alone …….have no idea 🤷‍♀️ they are in trouble definitely
