I was there. Seeing Blinded in chains and save me live was great and unexpected ! Was actually my first time seeing them and they didn’t disappoint. Been trying to go since 2010 but nobody ever wanted to go with me/take me. Didn’t want to miss this opportunity again, and it was the right call

Managed to grab some tickets to this show for my brother's birthday, never expected them to play Shepherd of Fire Roman Sky or So Far Away. Blinded in Chains was a treat as I haven't dappled too much into City of Evil ( will definetly pop it on my rotation after this concert XD) but Cosmic was the one song I really wanted to hear. Made the long trek to Montreal with 2 of my closest friends who also love Avenged to see them for the first time and was a bit dissapointed to not hear Cosmic then but now seeing it at this show was awesome!

@@benouzgane1929 😭 hate to break it to you but Syn is a founding member I don’t think they’d ever get rid of him but it might be worth mentioning maybe it’s hard for him to sing and play that song and they’ll probably add it back to the setlist next leg I’m ngl they seem to be switching the set every leg now

I was fortunate enough to be down at the pit very front off to the right side of the stage, was an incredible show. got to meet and hangout with Sullivan King for a few minutes as well. For my first large scale concert I had an absolute blast. freaked out when I heard they were playing Blinded in Chains as well as Shepherd of Fire some of my favorite A7X songs. Love that I can see myself in this video if I pay close attention haha

@@markopandzadamn Metallica had an even worse issue on their tour where the whole set sounded had delay was echoey and sometimes instruments were muted it actually sucked especially since I was at the live debut of too far gone and literally couldn’t fucking hear it and all because they changed the hardwired sound system out for a cooler looking one for 72 seasons the gear itself doesn’t sound any different imo

@@zacharybuckley7378 That sucks! Metallica has some terrible luck with sound in Toronto. I saw them in 2003 on the Summer Sanitarium tour at what was then called the SkyDome - echoey, cavernous, terrible sound. So bad it made the front page of the newspaper, and they paused for 5-10 minutes to try and fix it at least 7-8 times in the set. James even apologized hah

@@markopandza Totally agree. It was some tech issue with the mic and his china or effects cymbal. As a sound engineer, this drove me batty (pun intended). I was shocked it took so long to correct. 😡

I don't think my angle is doing it justice honestly. When it lights up enough you can see people going crazy down below, and everyone was on their feet and yelling in my area. im at a bend with nothing but a stair case in front of me and im pretty far back, so im zoomed in alot cutting most of the crowd out. I went to their show in Calgary last august (in the same section) and i was thinking how much more lively this crowd was compared to that one, funny lol
