Cool video and informative too . Now do the math on the check valve going from sealed to venting to sealed at 8000 RPM . I doubt it is effective at venting a piston down stroke pressure increase and then sealing returning air during the piston's upstroke . The check valve would be switching positions 16000 times a minute at 8000 RPM . This is a tough situation that I think of often .

NPT fittings are very confusing to me . Yes that is a 1/8th fitting but it does not physically measure 1/8th of an inch . My 2 brain cells argue when selecting NPT fittings . Great content , Man and cool bikes too

if you want to vent a stock valve cover, as long as you vent out properly, you can use a flathead and hammer to knock the stock check valve thing out from the corners which will give you more space for the barbs.

Hey buddy i need some help and you seem to have this down. I bougt a 150cc motorcycle from a friend that looks somewhat like a moped. If i slap 80cc stickers on the motor and make my own vin i can register it as a moped? Do you have to get inspection?? I can simply make my own vin plate and write a bill of sale from joe shmoe? I just need it to be registered to me but the guy i bought it from has no paper work as he bought it from our other friend with no paper work... i cannot find a vin anywhere on the bike as it came from china a few years back....

The sos registered my “dirt bike” as a moped and it’s got all the bells and whistles but it’s 125cc i put the 99cc sticker on they said they wouldn’t give me a a motorcycle title at the sos they said it was a moped, so i ran with it
