45 - 17 Broncos. Jeanty plays 3 quarters, goes for 230 & 4 tuddys
@evansanford44994 күн бұрын
Give me 52-24 Broncos - Jeanty with another 185 yards but I'll keep your 4 TD prediction. Maddux gets 2 passing TD's and gets one more on a designed QB run or a read option. Dalmas gets another feather in his cap banging a 60 yarder before halftime. Defense locks in and holds the Rainbow Warriors to 14 until garbage time, Hawaii adds points against our 2nd and 3rd string.
@davidlang18044 күн бұрын
@@evansanford4499 would love to see that for Jonah.
@jj2-o6i4 күн бұрын
Jeanty is a tank...our own "M1 Ashton"! He is the team's heart & soul! He scores so quickly it's got to be tough on our D having more time on the field. That said, how do you improve more 3-and-outs? Also, wasn't there a top 10 Oregon recruit that we got a few days ago (Linebacker Mana Tuioti)?
@evansanford44994 күн бұрын
M1Ashton I like it! I think the defense needs to stay aggressive to help cover for a secondary that is still a step behind. Bringing pressure does create risks but the defense seems to be at its most effective when we are bringing pressure more often. Stoked for Mana Tuioti! He reminds me of Lofa Tatupu! Maybe doesn't have the height but the dude is thick and a heavy hitter!

Yes. The top 4 ranked conference champions get a bye week. Power 4 or group of 5 doesn't matter.

Really Great Show! guys really appreciate the info on the new commits coming to BSU. Jenaty is so elite! Its interesting to hear everybody, try to compare him too on KZbin. I think he is like no other, Ashton is the definition of elite and the quote from Coach Dick Koetter "he's just ahead of his time. I mean, this guy, he's playing at a superior elite, elite, elite level." Now for the ugly I have question for you guys. The secondary has been hit and miss this season and in past. At what point do we start to question. Is it the personal? There Technique? The Coaches? The Scheme? Coach Dainelson in which I trust, an is the first to admit the issues and what the problems are. What do think he does if the no improvement an it continue to have problems? Anyways just curious to hear what you guys think he would do? My Family is very blessed to go to Hawaii game this year. I been to alot of games never in Hawaii tho. Were excited to bring the Noise for BSU. LETS GO BIG BLUE! FIGHT! FIGHT! BSU!
@evansanford44995 күн бұрын
Take pictures while you're at the game!!! To your point on the Secondary. That is tough. Danielson is in a tough spot. Is it lack of talent/execution? and are the back ups ready to start? is the talent there and they aren't being coached effectively enough? who do you blame? who do you fire? - is it scheme? are the coaches you already have capable of coaching to a different scheme/philosophy? how long will it take to implement? Those are all rhetorical and I don't want to speculate on someones job. I will say that Danielson has earned the trust of Bronco Nation to properly diagnose the problem and find the best solution.
@BroncoCountryRoundup5 күн бұрын
Like Evan said, please take some pictures at the game! Send them to [email protected] and I can use them in the podcast! As far as the secondary, I lean towards it being personal. I'll give them credit, some changes have been made (haven't seen much of #14 on the field lately) but something just isn't clicking. I don't think it can be totally fixed this year. I think instead of waiting for the secondary to be fixed we should lean into pressuring the QB more. That will cover up a bad secondary more then anything else you can do.
@Joshua..1_9NKJV5 күн бұрын
@@evansanford4499 I will take pictures and video. Let me know if you guys want me to send you any? Yeah agree he in tough spot too. I hope it can be all corrected in next couple games. Also I believe he will make those tuff decision that come along as Head Coach.
@Joshua..1_9NKJV4 күн бұрын
@@BroncoCountryRoundup I will definitely send them to you. That was my worry as well that it won't be completely fixed this year. It be interesting to see what they can dial up. Also how long the D line and linebackers can hold up over the season with the task falling on them. I believe we can win out the rest of the season, UNLV and Oregon state the last of the tough teams left that i project. Love Danielson motto of the next team up, which we need to win out. I think our secondary will be really exposed once we make it the CFP if we can't fix it.

Viewers!! If you could personally set the kickoff time for all Boise State games what time would you set it for?
@Joshua..1_9NKJV5 күн бұрын
I think that is hard one to choose, you have the night games, which are awesome since they put all that money it to the sounds and lights. Then games anywhere between 10am and 1pm would be awesome for national coverage and the weather and temp. factor from late summer to winter might have an effect. I say the best would be mix of night games starting at 6pm and day games at 1pm.
@BroncoCountryRoundup5 күн бұрын
I didn't mention it on the podcast, but I prefer night games as well. The atmosphere at the game is just better. In a perfect world i'd kickoff at 7PM, but this ain't a perfect world, so i'll settle for 8PM. - Chris V
@annhill26714 күн бұрын
Apparently an unpopular opinion, but I liked the 5:00 kickoff. It's a bit of a day game and night game atmosphere combined. It's early enough to accommodate families with younger children and late enough to fully utilize all the cool lighting effects. But in the end, I wouldn't want just one standard kickoff time. I like the variety.

Yes needs to be more separation. Seems half our receivers are injured and half our RBs. We can get a lot better on D and with the pass maybe it keeps improving
@BroncoCountryRoundup11 күн бұрын
Separation is key, that's what making Cam Camper so successful. Personally, i'd like to see more Cam Bates on the field. He brings speed that Penry and Prince just don't have.
@billl112711 күн бұрын
Receivers do not create much separation against the defenders. Makes Madsens job harder for sure. He has to be dead on target threading a needle.
@BroncoCountryRoundup11 күн бұрын
Agreed. More Cam Bates please!
@Archy_Tect12 күн бұрын
It seems to me that Maddox has a problem leading his receivers. They are consistently adjusting to catch balls behind them. This may be why Lauter is having success, simply because he is a slower target.
@evansanford449912 күн бұрын
Whats really got me scratching my head is the fact that this was not an issue (or so it seemed) last season - but yah for whatever reason he is consistently behind his receivers. Timing? accuracy issue? I don't know but you're right - he's not leading his WR's. That being said, Chris brings up a good point about the WR's aren't always helping Maddog out with some of the route running. Its been inconsistent. How do you lead a guy when he is inconsistent with his routes? This is a big time opportunity for the pass game to "get right"!
@BroncoCountryRoundup12 күн бұрын
Could Madsen's height, or lack there of, be partly to blame here? I think it's been fairly well documented that he commonly throws to a spot, not even seeing the receiver. If a receiver is thrown off or a little slow or quick in his route that would cause issues. Nothing wrong with shorter QB's, at all, but it's just an idea I had.
