Great talk. One question raised up during listening: How to deal with the amount of data we are receiving today? Our brain had been developed for survive and deal with dangerous predators, etc. But can we deal with the predator of information on social media effectively? Tik Tok, FB, Instagram tells us Fake News, stories like writen from a Disney movie etc. Maybe the new project of Free Speech by her can give some guidelines.

I took Barbara’s course “Learning How to Learn” by Prof Barbara Oakley and loved every bit of it. I still practice and follow tips from this course Great interview. I loved the clear questions and answers, especially the part about how generative AI can be used to decipher a metaphor for something we are trying to learn new and grasp. I also liked the aspect of broadening your passion using a growth mindset. Enjoyed watching the interview.

I love everything he is saying, I am so appreciative. We have moved from nature, and this has become a serious problem. I was happy to discover the link of food to emotion, this makes me very happy. The Dr touched on so many things that can and will a life. thank you.

There are truly places in South America where the Mother Earth is so giving, that it feels like she's intentionally trying to take care of you. I remembered when I was in Puerto Rico for the first time and I though to myself "wow! This land is so loving and nurturing. I have a random instinct to want to protect it and work with it"
