What’s with the moustache? Freedom to all to do as they wish, it doesn’t look ugly/wrong/etc, but I hope he knows it ages him.

Started paddling on a Ducky. Had a lot of swims, but learned to read water. 2nd season in a hardboat and stoked for the runoff to hit

Interesting video but suggestion to not change the sound quality so much from your phone clips. I know they're not as high quality as your mic but it's hard to hear with such a drastic switch in volume.

Watching this video ia motivating me to continue. I’m still struggling with finding comfort in water and I get tired very fast. I’m just going to grind away until Inget that click. How many times did you train per week in the first months?

The problem with cadence for me is that it was calculated for a race pace and when I run higher paces I have 180+ cadence(around 4 min/km or faster). But when I'm at very relaxed easy run my cadance drops significantly towards 155-158 steps/min(around 9 min/km pace). Tried to increase it for a little to 160 but still hard for me to get there without increasing the pace. Music with 170-180 bit helps but I doubt that running very slow with 180 cadence would be very beneficial unless you prove me otherwise :)

Hi, thanks for the video . As i know, taking a cold shower before sleep is bad . If you take a warm shower, your metobolism slows down, and you will sleep much better .

Man, I did so much freaking research and I was in the same boat. I couldn't find a good dumb phone. Why are there NONE with a sliding querty keyboard? They used to be so common. Its all T9 now which is such a pain. And theres also certain apps I still need, such as gps, spotify, the camera, and the ability to send GIFs. Its one of the hardest things I've done, but I'm still canning the smart phone for a terribly inconvenient dumb phone
