Wrong! The 7918 is a negative voltage regulator and comes in the negative line. The individual 1N4007 is not necessary and if so it is the wrong way round. To get 18 volts, the transformer should have around 24 volts. 24 volts minus 1.8 volts on the bridge rectifier minus 2 volt on the voltage regulator. Then about 2 volts are left to regulate. In addition, the two capacitors at the output are too large. A maximum of 470µF at the output. At the input it can be 4700µF. You will then get 18V 1A out of the circuit. And the heat sink is still missing
