Changing the radio is a must as the supplied transmitter is very limited. Upgrading the motors is also a good modification as I found that after having reprogrammed the board and set up the transmitter to give a much smoother slower speed that the stock motors were gutless and had difficulty turning the tank. I also found that at slow speeds that the tank waddled and this was due to the output shafts of the gearboxes being poorly machined and the inner most final drive bearings were binding. The solution was to remove the inner most bearings and retaining the outer bearings. The outer bearings are more than enough to support the output shafts. I swapped out the BB unit to an aluminium servo recoil unit from Forgebear Tanks. It uses the side slot for elevation and the Haya barrel fits over a spigot and can be secured with a small grub screw, very easy to do. It has been a while since I did mine so I may have forgotten some other things. Good video, I'm sure it'll find its audience!

Its accurate. The Bradley is 1.7 feet taller than the Abrams. There are 7 guys in the back plus a 3 man crew. Also not a tank.
@mrtankalotrctankschannel16 күн бұрын
Hi! It’s not, it’s accurate in some measurements, but not others. The biggest give away is that DKLMRC who are quite involved in the tongde factory haven’t converted there 1/16th Bradley IFV into an upgrade kit, because that’s 1/16th and this is more like 1/14 and a half. And I know it’s not a tank, but people don’t search IFV, if the do it’s because they want a baby & type it in wrong. Tank gets search hits. Thanks!

@mrtankalotrctankschannel16 күн бұрын
Hi! I thought they looked familiar! Couldn’t place them. And I’m sure it will be fine, I was being silly with it. I would say the reason I think it broke was because the full weight of the gearbox is over the front 2 bogeys, normal use they should be fine. Thanks for watching 🙂
