Está claro que el hecho de que messi dejara de presionar y correr tanto para bajar a defender fue debido a que guardiola se lo prohibió ya que facilmente messi podia correr y presionar como cualquier otro futbolista sin ambargo pep vio que messi era especial y que no debia de desagstar su energia en acciones que no le correspondian, mientras menos defienda messi, menos va a correr y perdera menos energia, lo que signfica que podrá correr mas y tendrá más energia para atacar y hacer sus regates y goles lo cual ayuda al equipo

I used to think croquetas are useless since it doesn’t really do anything. But after I tried it for the first it made a big difference to my dribbling. Now I still often use it in matches
