Life is all about learning, and this morning I learnt to make sure the Gap Filler is flush to the top of whatever surface you want to fill... as I now have quite a bit of extra rub brick work ahead of me... I also learnt not to wax the heck out of a curb that you intend on rubbricking later, as the curb and your tool just get gummed up with wax...

You got a video where you skate it bro??
@NorvilleRogers-MYSTERY-INCАй бұрын
@steelokey ah man not yet sadly!! Still got a few foot to rub-brick, and 6 or so gaps to fill.. but I'll lacquer up the first few feet in the coming days and get some slappys on her!

Some tips for applying Polly Ledge Repair / similar epoxy putty fillers : TIP 1 : Bring along some gloves, either the medical kind or just some spare work gloves. TIP 2: Bring a scraper along to trowel the putty into the cracks and gaps. TIP 3 : Use Vaseline and / or water, lightly coating your gloves and your scraper to stop it sticking. Thanks y'all!

Some tips for Rub bricking! Tip 1 : Bring a mask along, preferably one with a respirator! Concrete dust in your lungs = pain and misery... Tip 2 : Grind down the top and sides where your wheels will touch, and keep grinding until the rub brick starts to slide along without much resistance, then she's smooth as butter for now. Tip 3 : Bring a Broom, Brush / or Blower along to remove the concrete dust before you move on to further work like filling gaps, lacquering and waxing that bad boy up.

Some Tips for Sweeping : Tip 1 : Bring a Blower insteqd (nah jk I know not everyone can afford one straight way, hence why I too am still using the trusty ol' broom. But it gets the job done, and it's a solid warmup for the work ahead. Thanks for watching y'all :)

Had to cut this one up into two parts because some youngins came by :) I wanted to merge them together afterwards but not really sure how to without leaving a watermark... (on a Samsung Galaxy 13 or something) Anywho, cheers heaps and enjoy! Kindly, Shaggy.

Yo no way all the way over in Brazil!!! So stoked for your reply, and I wish you and your Son all the best in life, and in skateboarding. He can definitely learn to skate, you could with him too :)) just be ready for you both to fall and don't be ashamed to wear any protection gear you like. Especially for the youngin heh. I try to wear at least my helmet everytime I skate, and other padding quite often too. Thank you kindly!!! Campbell :)
