YES YES PATRICE. I just came by your page Yes the one and only Lady Tramaine. I excepted the Lord when I was young and around 20 years old I had started going to the LEGENDARY Paradise garage on King Street. I was dancing and when I HEARD TRAMAINE SING FALL DOWN FOR THE FIRST I HEARD HER. I SAID WHO. IS. THAT ???????? HE SAID TRAMAINE HAWKINS WELL I HAD BOUGHT THE VINYL RECORD AND DANCED. I TOLD MY FRIEND DOES TRAMAINE SING JESUS CHRIST IS THE WAY AS WELL. HAVEN'T STOPPED HEAR I NG FOR 5 DECADES. PATRICE THANK YOU SO MUCH GOD BLESS YOU 🙌 🙏 ❤️

Now that I think about it, I wonder had they originally gave her credit and put her in the videos would she have had the longevity she has had. Her suing and winning made big news back in the day and brought notoriety to who she is and gave huge publicity similar to Milli Vanilli. People still talk about it even today. She has been very active up until recent years. Had it gone the other way she might have been swept under the rug and mostly forgotten if not for the huge backlash from them using her without giving her credit. She does now and is always a staple of classic vocals that never go out of style. She is the Diva of Dance.

I absolutely love this album. Guess you have to like opera to really appreciate it. Love that mix of classic and modern. Wish there was more like this out there. Never seen another reaction to this. Well done for choosing this.

Thanks Patrice! 😎😎👍🏽👍🏽Great reaction! He was so talented! I love “Trapped”, “The Truth”, “Speculation”, “Never Change”, “Picture Me In Love With You”, “I’m Not Gonna Let You”, “Over and Over”, “Margaux”, “Table For Two”, and “How Soon We Forget”. Thank you for posting this! 😎👏👍🏽❤️⭐️🔥The 80’s gave us so many great songs! I had almost forgotten about it when I ran across an old Soul Train video and they were playing Colonel Abrams! It took me way back!

Thank you for this reaction, but this banger was released 1982, not 1989. It`s my favorite song from Sharon Redd too because of the message and yeah, the bassline is amazing and the funky guitar put me always in trance. I`m a fan of her since she had her first hit here in Europe, it was "Can you handle it", that was 1980.

With all do respect to you. There was a big fallout in Jazz Community because a lot of Jazz Artist,Musician and Bands because a lot of them started playing Smooth,Fusion,Jazz and they were called sellout's.Because they stop playing straight ahead jazz music.Artist like Grover,Herbie Hancock,Freddie Hubbard,Chick Corea Dr.Donald Byrd and many others.Having worked in Jazz Radio many decades in Philly.I sat in on my share of live interviews.Another example is when a lot of artist left their old labels and sign with (C.T.I)There is more layers as to what was going on in the Jazz World /Family.

In die tijd was er geen tijd voor rascisme, homofobie e.d. Je ging samen dansen op de muziek van KC en the Sunshineband en Trammps. Heerlijke tijd en muziek.

Yes,🎶 NO ONE GETS THE PRIZE 🎼 is definitely one of my favorite songs from Miss Diana Ross . In 1979 I was 11 But when I became a teenager looking back I realized the music/songs that Diana Ross sings save my life just by listening to the words of her music. Diana Ross has definitely been a blessing in my life and I will never stop listening to her voice her music.🎚️🙏♥️🎤👑😘✌️🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 I LOVE, WE LOVE, MISS DIANA ROSS

I LOVED Sylvester. He helped me so much to understand it was okay to be myself and I had nothing to be ashamed of. His falsetto was fashionable long before Prince (and I loved him, too), and his backup singers, Martha Wash and Izora Rhodes, added so much to his overall sound. I play him at least once a day! Sylvester always knew how to excite the "children." RIP; loved you then; love you now.
