Agree with you brother, if it has God's name on it, it needs a standard - good service, clean, friendly, responsive staff etc I once came with a friend and we had to sweep the room we were showed as it was dirty with some litter of who had left. Basic fixes would help from cracked doors that let in mosquitoes, to paint and toilets and beds etc. As for those who think basic comfort and prayer don't go together...
