Hey! i also experienced this issue, ya not get the items yet till now. in my case, i moved my surgery tools to vending machine, all tools worth 70dls. Server crashed and lost my tools in vending, i've checked in my world that i bought the packs before, also lost in there... i give up cuz no more responses from support till now, it's been like 2-3 weeks ago.. but i see this video.. may be will continued my report for this case, i thought is just me experiencing this... 💔

and also experiencing simillar, even very simillar case. Is just lost in my world, only 1 world got rollbacked. losing all i did theres like hours spending. and may at the sametime, it is october 20, 13:24 GT Time? at that time i lost mine
