@@serg8774 Hey so Im from Manual Arts too and also part of JROTC! I do colorguard! Are you willing to share armed videos in order to help the new cadets for the armed team? Are you also willing to visit the school? Give us any pointers?

@@emilyv3198 Oh okay well it's nice to hear the program continues. I don't have any more armed videos then the ones I have on my KZbin, but theres this guy to teaches the moves in detail . His name is Adam Jeupe I believe and he's on youtube as IndependentDrill. I used him every now and then to learn moves. And when it comes to going, I don't have much time since I work most of my day but I'll see if I can visit Chief some time soon and maybe help then.

Thanks man. And well I dont know what to tell you. Every team is different and well every year there are less motivated cadets so who know what could be going on there. I haven't visited in about a year and well by now these kids would have no idea who I am or would probably care less for my advice haha. But thank you for the compliment. I had no idea the ball happened recently.

So I have a question, is the American the only position allowed to call commands? Need to know cuz we have a comp coming in march, and I, normally the North Dakota, call the color guards. We are a great color guard for events and stuff but we haven't been to comp in forever.

yes the person with the honor of holding the nation's flag is the one who is in charge and calls commands

Sorry for the late reply, but any position can call commands, its just normally the national because seen as the "most important" in regards to the four positions on a color team

+Selfie AVA well we got a huge help from our schools district as well as from other sponsors but our instructor paid for a lot of things as well and we had to hustle ass to save up money the entire year just to go but we got a tremendous amount of help from many generous people

@serg8774 8 жыл бұрын
+Selfie AVA oh thanks! and well we mainly did pt just during classes but we never really did pt during practices it was rare and normally on Saturdays when an alumni would come and make us do pt or as a punishment haha but no pt and honestly sometimes it was tough to teach the incoming let 1s but I used to put a back up that I knew had experience in charge kind of like the commander of the backups to teach them or if not one of the primary members including me would personally go teach them the moment they joined how to do the basics and we would always try to get them to do 1 spin on the first day. after that any questions they would have they could just ask and we would help them

Yeah believe me even I don't think this to be so sharp it was our first year floor was terrible and well some of the cadets were nervous due to the intense competition but I'd say our best recorded performance even with mistakes was our military ball. but yeah if we would've had a better idea of what to do I'm sure we could've done something more marmion or even John Jay related and we could've won 1st place. I just wish I could've had a better idea of what was truly expected

+Rodrigo Cobarruvias yeah a lot has changed my school has been number one in armed for about 8 years now I'd say, and well not to offend your school but basically no school in the district is near the level we are. but still I won't say that my school is amazing we have the best moves but the cadets are becoming extremely undisciplined. the cadets in this video are the last year from my school that actually had the best discipline and the most knowledge about what rotc is actually about. the generation after this one just kinda lost it
