Hi can anyone HELP PLEASE not long ago i bought this mower and after i used it the first time i realised it was not catching grass on the rear.Had a quick look and i noticed that the back is actually sealed. The grass cannot come into the catcher. Looked up the manual but did not find any mention of it so i tried to pull some plastic part which seemed to be removable with force but before i went ahead i checked the other side, the chamber of the mower where the blades are and to my surprise there i no passage for the grass to flow to the rear bucket either so i am puzzed. how this is possible? i tried to use the side duscharger but it falls off every 30 seconds so i gave up that too. Anybody has any advice?

If the walls are built to consistent height ,straight and parallel & the rafters are cut to the same length , fixed properly . Then why in hell would you put a spirit level on the ridge , it's only going to be as level as the concrete floor ? Obviously OHS is not a part of training , nice eye protection with the nail gun & a torso right in the firing line of a richotte , Really !

*I was a little worried about getting this mower because it was such a great work and looks a little like a toy mower, but it is amazing!>>>**t.co/ZsfHKfnHWB** I used it to mow my lawn for the first time this evening and it did a wonderful job. I paid more money to buy the 12 gauge 100ft extension cord (as suggested in the product info), but it was worth it. It is very lightweight, cuts the grass with very little effort and has a big bag for cuttings. I am very happy with my new mower!*

I run one of these commercially. I have mowed over 500m2 of thick wet grass on one battery. I average 45 minutes on regularly maintained lawns, down to half an hour on heavy thick wet grass. Some notes: 1. They are sensitive to blade sharpness, if the blades have eaten rocks get it sharpened. Battery will last longer and it will cut better. 2. The Ryobi blade looks identical and will bolt on ( Ryobi and AEG are both owned by TTI) but don't! It has shallower deflector angles and will cut horribly on the AEG! 3. Mulch works VERY well when the grass isn't too long and is fairly dry. Don't bother if it's thick and wet. 4. If you get the trimmer, fit the small blade guard that comes in the packet. I'll be uploading. A video soon on how to do this, but it's not hard. 5. Try not to run the battery until the mower stops. It doesn't like it and the battery will need to cool a long time before it will charge again. Try to swap or charge before it runs right out. Battery will live longer too. 6. If you have an early production mower, the lower handle WILL eventually fail at the point where the lock pins go through. AEG knows the problem, and have reinforced the handles on later production machines. Warranty agents have access to reinforced lower handles as a replacement item. Do not let Bunnings staff tell you it never happens, and if you get a brush off from them ring AEG customer service and you'll get new handles. The company has been great about accepting the problem and fixing it. Some Bunnings staff haven't got the memo... 7. If your battery refuses to charge, try letting it cool for half an hour. You might have been running it flat out in hot weather, or if you've run it fully empty it will need cool down time. Otherwise there is an intermittent firmware issue in a small batch of batteries, try pressing the "fuel gauge" button just before putting the battery in the charger. This "wakes up" the battery and makes it talk to the charger. A truly dead battery is rare. The AEG range is all pretty good gear. It isn't the best available, but it's a lot cheaper than the top line gear (Husqvarna hedge trimmer performs a bit better than the AEG, but a skin is dearer than the full AEG kit.....) and it's bloody good bang for the buck. Add a 6 year warranty even for trade use, and it's a pretty enticing bet. Either way, the end is in sight for petrol powered garden equipment....nobody I know who has tried it will go back!
