Let me know what your favorite Carnivore diet meal is! What would you add to the list?❤

So two things, as I’m always looking for a better way. You didn’t say anything about what to do with them when they get done, rinse in cold water or let ‘em cool naturally. 2. From the looks of the ones you cut open, one looked a little ragged, you sure they always come out perfect? I’m cooking the eggs now.

They can be used immediately (careful they’re hot) or put into the refrigerator. No rinsing needed!

Hi Tanya- if you are following the SIBO protocol just to share that I really think the poached eggs and not scrambled is the best way to go. I really like eggs!
@realTanyaPace2 ай бұрын
Hey there. No I’m not following SIBO or really any protocol. I like eggs too! However, I’m not a big poached egg fan. 🤷♀️ So glad you stopped by! ❤️

Great video. How about nuts? Are any acceptable?
@realTanyaPace2 ай бұрын
Great question. Many people make nuts a part of their ketogenic diet. However, I have cut them out for two reasons. The first one is that they have a high amount of compounds called Oxalates (and other plant anti-nutrients) that can build up in the body and cause problems. Secondly because they can be very easy to overeat! But of course it’s a personal choice and some people successfully include nuts in small amounts. 💕

@@realTanyaPaceeat nuts with cheese cause it the calcium will balance out the oxalate

Thank you! I appreciate this common sense stuff. Third summer doing carnivore; third time is the charm restart.

Do you do just carnivore or alternate with keto? Thanks for the info!!
@realTanyaPace5 ай бұрын
Only Carnivore since January. I may eventually add some avocados, and coconut oil. But that will be awhile. Feeling good and losing weight right now, so why mess with it?! 😊

Hi. Explain your process with so much food at once. Do you freeze all this? And thaw as needed and cook?
@realTanyaPace5 ай бұрын
Yes. We freeze a lot of it. Some of the bigger pieces will go in the smoker or the oven to get cooked. Then we divide up and freeze.

Love your other channel and follow that. Started chuckling when you said you had this new channel. Immediately subscribed and love your story as i started Carnivore Feb 1st. I started for auto immune reasons as well as weight. Keep it up, sounds like you and hubby are starting out great! 👍🏻

Maybe that is why I feel more tired when I wake up than when I went to sleep. Thank you. I will def try this. Keto worked great for me, but it made me depressed even after losing 72 pounds. I def subscribed!!!!

Very interested in this- my husband and I plan to follow. I’m close to the end and you haven’t mentioned alcohol. I guess that’s a no. It will be the margaritas for us 😂
@realTanyaPace5 ай бұрын
Hey there! So glad you’re here. As far as alcohol goes, it could be a yes and could be a no. 😆 It just depends on your goals. You would probably need to make your own margaritas since the mixes and ones at restaurants are full of sugar. Tequila is actually low carb in small quantities. So in my opinion, the occasional margarita shouldn’t hurt. But you’ll have to experiment to see what works for you!
