I first had creatine in 2001, it was great as It never bogged me down. I have since stopped taking it. I find it so confusing on what supplement to takes for energy as i struggle to eat. Currently taking synergy beets 360 or e9 when required. Will defo add creatine again.

Here in the United States, sports betting is huge! Especially now that casinos and online sport betting is legal. Talk about taking you to the cleaners. I'd stopped watching professional sports back in 1993. The year major league baseball went on strike.

This is just an exercise video for my clients, I’d only have them doing it if they would benefit from it. It’s also a good question… An example of why I would programme it would be someone who wants to get better at weightlifting / snatching. This is a great way to warm up / practice the position.

My foam roller is my best friend. It has allowed me to maintain a stable base and reduced overall fatigue i felt. I was so surprised that even in 2 days you can get so much muscle stiffness.
