No, Oscar Freire is the most expensive shopping street in Brazil. This one here, Faria Lima, is the most expensive OFFICE area in Latin America, not just Brazil! And the most expensive building is the big one at the back of this picture at 17:27! Some of the most prestigious multinational companies in the world have offices there!
