I remember these shell from the 70's and 80's. They were very poor quality and performance. They would rain down very large shards of plastic.

well i'm not sure but i think he may have ment the charcoal you make as in cooking wood or buying actual charcoal off line i can by 20 pound for nothing on ebay firework charcoal but cooking wood is cost affective (as in $0.00) in my case plus i get a nice bonfire.

You can get very high quality charcoal off of eBay (Willow), or you can create your won willow charcoal which is considered one of the best for black powder. And with black power chemicals you can also make orange stars, So with KNO3, Sulfur and charcoal you can create fireworks

why do u write things if you have no idea what youre talking about? theres tons of sites where you can order all the chemicals needed for most/all stars flashpowder gunpowder and whistlemix. if this isnt legal in your country then still only like 1 out of 1000 packets is stopped at the border.

Whistle mix, also a lift ingredient to lift shells in there air added 3 gram black powder in the 7:3 ratio form : sodium benzoate easily brought from ebay. Potassium perchlorate easily purchased on hobby websites and Bulk websites very cheaply. This in a 7 kclo4: and 3 sodium benzoate ratio you have you own whistle mix. very very powerful

Walmart sells instant cold packs (or u could buy them online). Make a homemade blasting cap.

yet holland is smarter i guess.. hard to find instant cold packs.. aluminium powder is obtainable from ebay.. but we dont got guns here, so there will be needed a detonator.. tatp? well lets make some acetone peroxide from concentrated HCL, 30% h2o2 and some acetone? not pretty easy..
