I have a question I keep trying to find videos explaining the break down of different types of carb cycling schedules and can’t really find any. I had hit a plateau in my weight loss and someone told me to add literally only a slightly higher amount of carbs one day a week. And see if it didn’t help. It was only 200 calories more and I dropped a few more pounds instantly. I like the idea of keeping my calories mostly the same if possible for the sake of meal planning but how do you know when you need to switch it up??? How do you know when you need 2 higher carb days and not 1?? Or that you do need those low & medium days???

cool, just found out about a new traps exercise that isn't shrugs. I'm a woman btw and some of us do want bigger traps. having traps that are too small looks too dainty - it's about balance.

Please buy a Zojirushi instead of boiling rice. Zoji can make perfect rice that lasts all day (perfectly) on the warm setting, perfectly fluffy and never sticks. No need to boil more and scrap the pot. :(

wonderful - a couple of things: (a) rapeseed oil and any seed oil are really not good for us - best to use extra virgin olive oil i think and (b) yes, we noticed the sweet potatoes are very small these days...at least the ones we get from Tesco in a bag.....we wondered why as well :)

This is awful advice unless youre skinny fat. If you need to lose 50+ lbs, STOP EATING. Youll be fine with 400-600 calories a day for weeks. Just make sure you get electrolytes and don't work out while doing this. If youre morbidly obese, you can drop 25 lbs in a month! NOT for anyone who iant morbidky obese. If you're 6'0 & over 260, this is for you if you dont have major health issues. You ARE NOT A CAR.
