The lake they were kayaking on is Boardman Lake, when they are going under the train bridge they are next to the waste water treatment plant. It often times smells of sewage there.

This is not how I remember eating ngohiong cebu style. There is no meat, only ubod and usually without singkamas - most especially the 'pungko pungko' ngohiong.

Thank you for sharing. I just cooked burger patties I used beef only next time I will make combination pork and beef. The patty I cooked was hard to mash it to soften instead using 1 egg as stated in the recipe I added some more eggs to soften. Great I tried to search again. I found out that you made binder. That binder you made is a binder I’m doing and using when I make embotido. Thank you for sharing. 😋😋😋❤️🙏

Chef, mawalang galang na. Huwag mong tawaging ceviche ang pilipinong kinilaw, kilaw or kilawin. Iba ho ang sariling atin. Everything I've cooked in this unit has come out great kzbin.infoUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB ! Everything tastes so good. Some of the recipes I've changed a little to improve the taste. For instance, for french fries which call for no oil, I spray them with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper. They come out great! It makes the best toast I have ever eaten. The recipe I use calls for lightly buttering both sides of the bread. It calls for cooking at 400 degrees for 5 minutes on one side and then 2 minutes on the other side. This time has a lot to do with the kind of bread you are using...so keep an eye on it. Also, the fans in this Ninja are a lot stronger than other air fryers. So lay a metal spoon or something on the bread to keep it from flying around. It's a little extra work to use your Ninja as a toaster but it is worth it!
