I totally agree about monotheistic religions. I would not touch any of them with a bargepole. They have lost thair spiritual core. They concentrate on dogma.

I am afraid of this shamanic lady now. She seems to belong to a very rich and politically powerful family (which she failed to tell me, I had just recently found out). I am afraid that she could do some more harm if I will insist on repair or money back. It seems like some incredible evil behind this. Her apparent helping spirits are not so much helping as harming. How she runs away from any responsibility and makes a fool out of me who does not know what I am talking about is an extreme change to how she pretended to be kind to me before .

I have had a shamanic healing (I wanted to help in physical disease) and the shaman-lady had retrieved a power animal that was apparently moved into my heart. Since the day of this shamanic healing, I have heart arrythmias and heart blockages, I am practically disabled. It has been almost 7 weeks now. I had no troubles when I came to the shamanic healing. I believe that this shamanic healing was done without my consent - as the shaman told me that she will ask her apparent helping spirits for the diagnostics and then she will let me know what they want to do. However, the session was hurried to the end and I was only informed that the shamanic healing was already performed and that it was a power animal retrieval into my heart. Thus, it was done without my consent. In the moment of this apparent shamanic diagnostic, I felt my heart starting to beat like crazy and some unhealthy, sick feeling in my heart. I got scared. When the shaman told me that she had already done the "healing" and it was a power animal retrieval, I was negatively surprised. I knew that it was wrong. I knew that I would have not agreed to this if I had knew it beforehand. The shaman lady does not want to do any repair and denies any responsibility, she tries to get rid of me and my concerns through different deflecting manipulative strategies. I have had worked with the shamanic lady some once a year over couple of years and she was always a great help for me, especially with her advice (she was a therapist as well) . However, she started to change her approach to me, there were some ethical missteps and I addressed them. Then, this injury of mine happened. Did she wanted to harm me ? Did she thought/or the spirits she is using that it was time to harm me to create so called "balance " ?

Why does it feel like he has no clue of what hes takking about? Zen is focused on finding your true self. When you realize your true self you express it in every way. Zazen is also an expression of the true self. It is it and it unfolds it Sometimes less is more and more is less. I admire those who train zen regorously in a monastery as i did for a time. Everything they do is expression. Deep and quiet
