Help! Actuator B went, switched A to B and A didn’t work. Bought a new Ford actuator didn’t work in either one. Bought a used one at a parts yard worked for about a week, bought another worked for about another 2 weeks. Bought 2 more used today and neither worked. Both forks spin in and out freely. Hi, ford focus 2014 owner here, Auto trasmission. It was jerking at when accelerating from a stop, did this (cleaning, not the scan reset) and it helped now it doesn't jerk any more however I notice that the trasmission sounds specially when coming to a stop. Would you recommend changing the trasmission fluid? It has 119k miles. Doesn't have any codes.

Excellent video. 1 question, do you have problems with your mower , cutting cleanly? Mine is leaving a strip of grass every pass. I've sharped the blades, with no change. I've never had a mower that won't cutting the grass load I'm putting it in without it cutting it.

It stayed parked for a couple years after tranny failure. Here about three weeks ago she took it in and low and behold they put in a new clutch which I knew wasn't the problem because I've been watching what other's have been doing with theirs here onKZbin. Well $3000 later no workie. Oh it must be the TCM ok $1000 later. Worked for about 2 weeks and she backed out stopped went to put it in drive and no go. So yeah. Process of elimination y'all. Good time to check for build-up in the intake and on the valves before installing the intake manifold. If that engine had been sitting for a long time, maybe the delay in starting allowed the oil pump time to prime the engine.

When removing tcm, I put a dot on the gears. Doesnt seem to make 6 or 4 complete revolutions. Maybe my finger is too weak. Could you make a short on what its supposed to look like? Mine seems to turn 3/4 -1 turn. Is there any spring back or spring forward from the gear?

The engine cant fail if u put a thick oil in fact its better for the engine cause when its warm it has more protection my buddy with the 3.5 2019 f150 same transmission as well puts 10w60 liquid moly in tge summer and he says it runs mint

Hello, I have an focus from 2012; Previously I was getting the transmission overheating notification, I ignored the notifications and now the problem has gotten worse, the car takes a while to move forward and jerks every time I shift gears. If I put it in "P" sometimes it doesn't turn on, but if I put it in "N" it turns on. When I stop sometimes I accelerate and it doesn't move forward... now it has sounds like it's rubbing against something in the transmission, what it shows in the video, could it work? I think it's plastic because it doesn't need a bearing like this. If it would be made of steel it would put more wear on that shaft and on the teeths as well.
